What are the delivery methods offered on the site?
Preparation time: Orders received from Monday to Friday are usually prepared the same day or the next working day. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are usually prepared the following Monday or Tuesday. Subject to item availability. Delivery in Relay Point (Mondial Relay) is only available for metropolitan France, Luxembourg, Belgium.
Where can I have my order delivered abroad?
Baghera delivers your orders to the address of your choice in Metropolitan France and almost all other European countries..
How can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home address?
By clicking on "Enter a new address", you can select an address from among your registered delivery addresses or enter a new one. You can choose to fill in a new delivery address if this order is a gift or if you prefer to be delivered to your workplace for example. We remind you that for all orders, the invoice is only sent by e-mail to the address mentioned in your Baghera customer account..
How do I return a product?
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can easily return your product within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The returned product must be in its original condition, disassembled, in its packaging, accompanied by its accessories and instructions.
What are the time limits and methods of reimbursement?
Upon receipt of your products, the refund will be made within 14 working days. If you return items and they are intact, you will be refunded using the original method of payment.
